Salon Policies

It is my mission to provide you with an enjoyable salon experience. Your appointments are very important to me and I value your time and money. When you schedule your appointment time, it is reserved just for you. Its understandable that emergencies do occur, so, please contat us even if you're unsure if you must make a change. The policies below allow me to provide you with the best service possible. Please read the following policies every time you book your appoinment, in case of any updates.
Late: If you arrive after the 15 minute grace period of your appointment time, it may result in rescheduling or a change in services, to keep you within your alloted time. I will try my best to accomadate you without disrupting the flow of the day. However sometimes its just not possible and we may have to change to shorter services or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or Canceling your appointment in this last minute window will result in cancellation fees before your next service. 
Reschedule/Cancel: Please feel free to reschedule, change or cancel your services 24 hours prior to your appointment time, at no charge. You may do so by calling/leaving a voice mail/ texting/ or email. A fee of 50% of your appointment services will be due prior to receiving future services.
No Call/No Show: Will result in a charge of 80% of your requested service fee or no future appointments.  
Additional Guest: Due to salon space, additional guest would have to sit in the main lobby area of the building.
Services: It is my desire for you to be in love with your hair. If you are unhappy and did not recieve what was discussed during your consultation. Contact me within 48 hrs of your service, so I can schedule you in a.s.a.p and I can assess and/or correct your services.
Product: I love my hair products and I hope you do, too. If you are unhappy you may return the items, for an exchange/store credit only. As long as 1/2 of the product is remaining.
Hair Extensions: You will need to bring me your hair, 3-7 days prior to your appointment. Also, pay for the hair color services when I receive the hair.
Children: I do not specialize in children hairstyling. However I love providing children with hair CARE services. I only offer styles for children that I do on adults which I can alter in a mini version. Prices are the same for adults and children. I know it can be hard for a child to sit but if they move or are unhappy during the service, I will stop the service and only receive payment for what I completed.
Relaxing Enviornment: It is my ultimate goal to offer you with a non busy enviornment, so upon your arrival I ask that you let me know that you have arrived and you may wait in the cafe area of the salon. I will give you an approx time your wait, (if any) and call you back when Im able to service you. 
Price Adjustment: All services are al la cart, meaning you must select every service you would like to receive. If you have a lot of hair please select "big hair dont care" service to book the correct amount of time and view prices.
Refferals: Every serviced/paid referral you make you will receive $25 off your next service.
